Accessibility at T21 Compass

T21 Compass is built for the whole Down syndrome community, including people with Down syndrome themselves. Accessibility is a standing rule here, not an afterthought.

What that means today: we target WCAG AA contrast, every control works with a keyboard, chat announces new answers to screen readers, animation is turned off when your device asks for reduced motion, and we write in plain language and person-first terms.
