Your rights, access, and usage limits are determined by your specific subscription plan.
All fees are in USD. Automatic renewal unless cancelled. Payment processed via Stripe. Failed payments may result in service suspension.
API access is strictly reserved for Team and Enterprise clients under a specific license. White-Label deployment is exclusive to Enterprise clients. Misuse, abuse, or use of the API to circumvent usage limits or data scraping rules is a material breach of these Terms.
No refunds for partial months. Cancel anytime; access continues until the period end. Trial cancellations before day 4 incur no charge.
You agree NOT to:
All content, algorithms, and analysis generated by the Service remain property of Thrive21.ai. All reports and dashboard outputs generated by the Service are licensed for your internal business use only, not sold. You may not republish, redistribute, resell, or use outputs to train or develop competing AI models or products.
You retain ownership of the data you input. We use it only to provide the Service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you hereby grant Thrive21.ai a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works of your input data and usage patterns in an aggregated, anonymized, and de-identified form for the sole purpose of improving, training, testing, and developing our proprietary AI models and services.
Reports are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Strategic Intelligence is for informational purposes only. Reports do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Consult qualified professionals before making business decisions. In no event shall Thrive21.ai be liable for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the Service or its outputs.
We use publicly available data sources. We are not responsible for third-party data accuracy.
The Service does not replace professional advisors, accountants, attorneys, or financial planners.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Thrive21.ai, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your reliance on, or use of, the outputs from the Service to make business decisions that result in claims by your customers, investors, or other third parties.
Thrive21.ai's liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for:
Thrive21.ai shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms (other than payment obligations) due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, power failures, governmental action, labor disputes, or failure of the internet or utility services.
Cancel subscription anytime via account settings or support@thrive21.ai.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, payment failures, or fraudulent activity.
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to data practices described therein.
We may modify these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting to the website. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by laws of Georgia, USA. Disputes resolved in Georgia courts.
